Information we may receive

We may receive information you choose to send by email, such as your name, business contact details, company information and the content of your request. The website infrastructure may also process limited technical and security logs needed to deliver and protect the site.

Do not send credentials, customer chats, exports or other sensitive product data through public website contact channels.

Why information is used

Information is used to answer questions, assess early-access requests, provide requested support, protect the website and meet applicable legal obligations. It is not used to claim product consent on behalf of your WhatsApp contacts.

Sharing and international processing

Information may be processed by configured hosting, security and email service providers only as needed to operate these channels. Provider locations and contractual safeguards must be confirmed for the production deployment.

Retention and rights

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the request, security, records and applicable obligations. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection by contacting privacy@ai-messagebot.app.

Product customer data

Customer conversation data processed inside an AI MessageBot deployment requires separate customer agreements, configuration and privacy documentation. This public website policy does not replace those deployment-specific obligations.
